Support is AWESOME and the Account Managers are the best. I never have to wait very long to get an answer or get a problem fixed. Just like today, the customer service rep, helped me fix an issue with the mobile app.
The ease of use for time tracking and the auto-syncing with QuickBooks Online. The support from TSheets is outstanding and that is the NUMBER ONE reason I stay with TSheets.
The scheduling module is a bit lacking for some of my clients. This is why some of my clients have gone with a different solution. As soon as the scheduling is up to their standards I will get them back to TSheets

Only having one add on to QBO to do Time, Mileage and Expenses tracking/submission would be great.
Flexibility and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Syncing employees and vendors who are subcontractors with QuickBooks Online.
Expenses and Mileage tracking using GPS would be great (you're part way there with the GPS for employees). So what I like least is not having these fully developed.
Note your link to Expensify Integration "Learn more" in the add on section refers to this page: http://help.tsheets.com/knowledgebase/articles/890430 that does not load so I have no idea how it works. Can you please advise how this works.

Overall good for general timekeeping, but a little clunky when switching between jobs.
Fast and Easy to set up employees. Generally, scheduling and notifying employees of shifts and changes is easy.
Employees did not find it intuitive. Management set up Quickbooks after TSheets without checking, and lots of information was lost in the transition. This is more of a failure of staff than the product, but is something that should not be dismissed.
I was in charge of several non-native english speakers, so it would be nice if there were other languages available.

In the beginning it was good. It did what we needed and the service was great. Then they got rid of their great service staff and increased their prices by double and it got more glitchy over time, not better. Too bad. lots of potential here. And for such a big company like Intuit to purchase TSheets and then cut back on quality and service and increase prices seems like an indication of their business practices. shame :(
At the beginning we had an account manager who was super helpful and did everything she could to get the software to how we needed it. We like how it works with QB and it has the functions we needed.
It would randomly clock employees out for no reason.
When an employee would clock out, sometimes it would keep them clocked in.
We had an amazing account manager, then with no heads up, i emailed her one day and got a returned email. I called them and they told me she no longer works for the company. I asked who my new account manager was and they said they no longer provide one and that i have to go through their chat system. It made troubleshooting and customizing impossible.
We got an email the other day stating that they are increasing their prices by double. We were paying a $20 base fee and $5 per user. Now its going to be $30 base fee and $10 per user. WTH! Its barley worth the $5 per user. You also have to pay extra for a lot of the add ons. This is why we're leaving this system. It feels like once they have you hooked, they keep adding costs. That or they are going to dissolve TSheets and integrate something into QB then charge a premium. That sounds more like something they'd do.

Overall, t-sheets has been great. When we separated from the original account to our own smaller account, the staff was super helpful. It took a little longer than we would have liked, but it was smooth and we didn't lose any time from the previous account. We were able to keep everything from the past several years.
I can run everyone's time and export to excel for the boss to read it easier and track everyone's time per project. It allows me as the admin to set permissions for everyone and allow everyone to enter their own projects and disable projects that are no longer active.
I wish it was more user friendly when interfacing with Quickbooks. All of the jobs in Quickbooks are labeled according to the customer and then what the project managers want to see on their invoices. The jobs in T-sheets are labeled by state to make them easier to find and track for the engineers and easier to alphabetize when I run payroll. I am the only one that uses Quickbooks so no one except me cares that it would make my invoicing for payroll easier if I could import it and it was smart enough to match the project names whether there is an underscore or comma in the name.
