TSheets is a cloud-based time tracking solution that helps owners and managers keep track of employees in real-time from their web or mobile applications. It provides mobile time tracking for employees who either work remotely or change locations or jobs regularly. Employees use their own devices, such as smartphones, computers, mobile apps, text messages or landlines to clock in and out. Mobile apps are available for Android and iOS.
TSheets helps users set up overtime alerts for employees, which can help inform managers before overtime starts. Alerts can be sent to employees, administrators or managers via text message, email or Twitter.
TSheets offers labor expense management module that reports labor expenses, including PTO, overtime and regular time.
TSheets also provides customizable filters that help capture the exact timesheet information sorted by employee, project, date, group, job code and payroll period. Pricing is per user per month. Support is provided via knowledge base, phone and email.

Support is AWESOME and the Account Managers are the best. I never have to wait very long to get an answer or get a problem fixed. Just like today, the customer service rep, helped me fix an issue with the mobile app.
The ease of use for time tracking and the auto-syncing with QuickBooks Online. The support from TSheets is outstanding and that is the NUMBER ONE reason I stay with TSheets.
The scheduling module is a bit lacking for some of my clients. This is why some of my clients have gone with a different solution. As soon as the scheduling is up to their standards I will get them back to TSheets

Only having one add on to QBO to do Time, Mileage and Expenses tracking/submission would be great.
Flexibility and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Syncing employees and vendors who are subcontractors with QuickBooks Online.
Expenses and Mileage tracking using GPS would be great (you're part way there with the GPS for employees). So what I like least is not having these fully developed.
Note your link to Expensify Integration "Learn more" in the add on section refers to this page: http://help.tsheets.com/knowledgebase/articles/890430 that does not load so I have no idea how it works. Can you please advise how this works.

The software is fabulous and the customer service is the best I have ever experienced with any company across every industry. TSheets representatives are always so very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Whoever is responsible for hiring their customer service reps is really on top of their game! I have never had one single complaint, ever.
I love that I have a way to track employee time and ability to verify through GPS that they are actually on the job site when they are on the clock. It is easy for everyone to use and makes payroll so much easier and less time consuming, not to mention that job costing is now a breeze where labor hours are concerned.
The only improvement I would suggest is that the mileage tracking actually translate into a payable amount when uploaded to QuickBooks. I have to add the mileage pay manually.

In the beginning it was good. It did what we needed and the service was great. Then they got rid of their great service staff and increased their prices by double and it got more glitchy over time, not better. Too bad. lots of potential here. And for such a big company like Intuit to purchase TSheets and then cut back on quality and service and increase prices seems like an indication of their business practices. shame :(
At the beginning we had an account manager who was super helpful and did everything she could to get the software to how we needed it. We like how it works with QB and it has the functions we needed.
It would randomly clock employees out for no reason.
When an employee would clock out, sometimes it would keep them clocked in.
We had an amazing account manager, then with no heads up, i emailed her one day and got a returned email. I called them and they told me she no longer works for the company. I asked who my new account manager was and they said they no longer provide one and that i have to go through their chat system. It made troubleshooting and customizing impossible.
We got an email the other day stating that they are increasing their prices by double. We were paying a $20 base fee and $5 per user. Now its going to be $30 base fee and $10 per user. WTH! Its barley worth the $5 per user. You also have to pay extra for a lot of the add ons. This is why we're leaving this system. It feels like once they have you hooked, they keep adding costs. That or they are going to dissolve TSheets and integrate something into QB then charge a premium. That sounds more like something they'd do.

TSheets does a great job for us with time tracking and keeping up with time off for our employees.
Tsheets is very user friendly. All of our staff use it daily. I use it mostly from the website to keep track of time worked, time off, etc. for all employees. The mobile app is used by all of our office staff an technicians to clock in and out, check status of sick hours, vacation hours, etc. They do keep improving and adding new features which is nice.
Overall I am very satisfied with Tsheets. Every once in a while I have trouble with the GPS time tracking loading, but for the most part it works well.
