RENOMii is a cloud-based construction solution specializing in managing order changes for home renovations. It is suited for small and medium-sized businesses focuses on residential projects.

Users can create projects in RENOMii and customers are asked to confirm project details. Users and customers can communicate in RENOMii for the duration of the project. Each change requires approvals, which are stored in the system. Users can request more information, decline requests or approve and convert requests into change orders.

Both customers and users are able to review change orders in RENOMii. Contract prices update automatically when changes are ordered. As with change requests, customers can approve, decline or ask questions about change orders.

Even after projects are completed, users have access to historical records. They can access documents, pictures and files from devices with an internet connection.

RENOMii is priced monthly or annually per company. Support is offered via phone and email.

Renomii is fantastic for providing a communication thread between the customer and contractor. All your files can be uploaded and viewed so no one is left out. Its best feature is the change order forms. When a customer asks for a change in the project you can just go on to renomii and create a change order in a matter of minutes. You can send it to the customer right away and it will inform them all the details of the changes being made and update the new price tag of the project! this is key for when you are billing them at the end so there is no miss communication and you get all your money! It also has tons of potential for the future with many more useful resources coming! its worth the monthly fee.
