Cortex EDI is a cloud-based practice management solution that is designed for the healthcare industry. It includes features such as electronic claims submission, accounts receivable, patient eligibility checks and claim status inquiry.

The Electronic Biller helps users to file claims for the purpose of medical billing. The claim tracking feature provides information on claims that are approved and denied and helps users to get a detailed view of claims history, pending claims information and more.

The solution helps to maintain patient payment records in order to monitor payment history and review statements electronically. It also assists in patient data sheet creation which includes services, charges, diagnosis data that are provided to the patients.

Other features include auto-posting of insurance claims, reporting and data storage. Support is available via phone and email.
