Electric Ease

Electric Ease is a cloud-based job estimation and management system built for the electrical industry. Key features include job creation and estimation, bid management, scheduling, project management and customer management. A mobile app is available for Android and iOS devices.

Electric Ease enables users to create detailed job descriptions, attach documents and photos, and instantly load them into a live workflow. Job description reports show electricians the parts and quantities estimated into the project as well as time allotted, allowing the electrician to order parts ahead of time. Users can create assemblies, add parts and custom create labor categories to build a product database.

Electric Ease includes an integrated calendar for scheduling technicians. The calendar is updated in real time and allows employees to add jobs and service calls as needed. The solution automatically creates estimates based on labor and parts requirements.  

The solution is priced at a flat monthly rate for unlimited users.
