Synchro PRO is a hybrid construction project management solution designed for businesses in the contruction industry that handle complex residential, industrial, commercial and public works projects. The solution can either be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud.
Unique to Synchro PRO is its “4D” project scheduling visualization capability, which allows users to import their computer-assisted design files into the system in order to have a visual, time-lapsed representation of what the project should look like at any given point in its life cycle.
Synchro PRO also features a “clash” reporting capability that automatically detects potential construction complications in a project, while its “what-if” analysis functionality lets users plan for potential risks and delays. Additionally, Synchro PRO supports integration with various planning and scheduling systems.
Services are offered on a monthly suscription basis. Pereptual license is also offered by the solution for a one-time fee. Support is available via phone and email.

Pros
I like the ease of use and simple user interface. The filters and shortcuts make normal functions easier and more streamlined. The system doesn't give multiple options for simple tasks. It gives the basic options and allows for simply use. The benefit of this software over similar software such as Primavera P6, is the simplistic nature. Primavera uses hundreds of options, where as Synchro keeps it to the point.
Cons
The thing I like least about the software is the architecture of the programming. My computer would not run the software due to an integrated graphics card versus a dedicated card. Once I received a new computer from our IT team, the software worked great, but requiring a dedicated graphics card can be prohibitive.
