LandOne Takeoff is a cloud-based bid management solution catering to landscape and irrigation contractors. Key features include material customization and team collaboration.
LandOne Takeoff offers measurement tools, as well as survey tools for bed edging, irrigation pipes and retaining walls. In addition, the solution allows users to define areas for sod and pavers. Users can link these resources with projects to create a customized object group. Remaining materials from the project can be documented and stocked for reuse.
LandOne Takeoff can be accessed by a team across multiple devices, thus facilitating project management through a single solution. LandOne also allows users to share marked up plans and takeoffs with installation crews.
Services are available on a monthly user subscription basis and support is provided via phone and email.

LandOne is a great value. It’s much cheaper than other programs and easier to use. LandOne helps us save time and money.
Pros
LandOne is so easy to use! It helps me ensure that my plant counts are correct and I don’t have to worry about losing count if I’m distracted.
I especially like the downloadable material lists. This saves time because I can copy and paste instead of re-typing materials into an RFQ.
I also like being able to do takeoffs from a tablet/iPad.
Cons
Measuring areas and counting plants on an iPad could be smoother but I can usually get what I need.

You really can't go wrong for the price.
Pros
LandOne is very responsive to feedback, and optimizing its software for its clients. It's web based, and doesn't have any lag time like many other web based software products we have tried in the past.
Cons
It is fairly new, so many feature you may be used to have not been developed yet, but they're in the works.
